What You’ll Do

• Provide obstetrics and gynecology clinical care in the clinic setting during scheduled hours.
• Support labor & delivery and postpartum care during the call period, including attending/rounding as required.
• Round on patients during the day for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour per day when caring for patients in labor & delivery or postpartum.
• Manage assigned and unassigned call coverage , supporting hospital needs per the coverage model.
• Document patient contact hours (including call back hours included in the rate) according to requirements.
• Submit supporting notes in timesheet entries to verify call back/patient contact hours and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
• Provide clear timesheet reasons and descriptions for call backs so they can be validated if reviewed.

What You Need
Required

• Active Washington State license or IMLC
• Clean history and malpractice required
• Ability to complete required timesheet documentation including:
  • Patient contact hours (including call back hours)
  • Supporting notes that verify patient contact hours
  • Specific reason for each call back with an audit-valid description
