We are seeking an experienced Offset Prepress Manager to lead prepress operations within a dynamic, multi-platform print environment. This role is critical in ensuring best-in-class execution across premium packaging programs while driving innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The Offset Prepress Manager will oversee all prepress functions, supporting offset, flexographic, and hybrid print technologies. This leader will play a key role in delivering exceptional visual quality, maintaining strict color standards, and enabling seamless production for complex, high-end packaging. Key Results AreaLead day-to-day prepress operations across offset, flexographic, and hybrid print platformsEnsure accurate file preparation including trapping, color correction, proofing, and impositionChampion G7 color standards and a zero-defect quality mindsetPartner cross-functionally with design, sales, and production teams to ensure flawless executionDrive automation and continuous improvement within prepress workflowsSupport premium brand standards, ensuring packaging meets high-impact retail expectationsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable production practicesManage and develop a high-performing prepress team in a fast-paced growth environmentSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of prepress experience within offset printing (packaging is a bonus)Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production environmentStrong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Esko workflows, and prepress systemsExperience supporting multi-platform print environments (offset + flexo preferred)Deep understanding of color management, proofing, and print production standardsAbility to thrive in a high-growth, performance-driven cultureWork EnvironmentManufacturing/production environment with exposure to noise, inks, solvents, paper dust, and moving machineryRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes, as applicableFrequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting throughout the shiftCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate based on experience and shiftShift differential for 2nd/3rd shift where applicableComprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and company holidaysOpportunities for training, cross-training, and career growthAbout HRforGrowth:HRforGrowth is a full-service HR and talent partner built to support companies that are scaling, transforming, or navigating change.
