Automotive Sales Manager (Lead the Floor | Drive Results | High Earnings Potential) Location: Auto Park Ford - Sturgis Michigan

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants
- Desk deals, structure financing scenarios, and maximize profitability
- Jump into deals when needed to help close and secure commitments
- Monitor daily activity: appointments, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Create urgency and energy on the sales floor
- Work closely with BDC/Internet team to ensure lead conversion
- Track performance metrics and hold the team accountable to targets
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales talent
- They don't wait for results-they drive them
- They coach in real time, not after the fact
- They know every deal, every number, every opportunity
- They build a culture of accountability, not excuses
- They lead by example-closing, structuring, and pushing deals across the line
- Proven experience in automotive sales (management experience preferred)
- Strong desking and closing ability
- Leadership presence-your team respects and responds to you
- High accountability standards (you expect results and enforce them)
- Ability to motivate different personalities and skill levels
- Data-driven mindset (you track what matters and act on it)
- Relentless follow-up culture-starting with you
