What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has previous automotive F&I experience and a proven record of performance. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate success in areas such as: * Strong F&I PVR * Consistent product penetration * VSC and protection product performance * Lender relationships * Deal structuring and lender approvals * Prime and subprime financing * Fast and accurate funding * Compliance and documentation * Customer satisfaction * Leadership and accountability We want someone who knows their numbers, understands what drives them, and takes ownership of their results. Your Responsibilities You will manage the financial portion of the vehicle transaction and work closely with dealership leadership and our Customer Experience team. Responsibilities include: * Secure financing and lender approvals * Structure deals for approval and profitability * Present finance options and protection products professionally * Maximize F&I gross while maintaining an excellent customer experience * Maintain strong PVR and product penetration * Submit and negotiate deals with lenders * Develop and maintain strong lender relationships * Ensure all contracts and disclosures are accurate * Maintain federal, state, lender, manufacturer, and dealership compliance * Ensure deals are funded quickly and accurately * Identify opportunities to continuously improve F&I performance and processes Our Approach Is Different Auto Park Ford is building a different kind of dealership experience.
