What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care and support during scheduled procedures and on-call hours
• Respond promptly to on-call notifications, including after-hours callbacks at agreed-upon rates
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of your services
• Participate in on-call long weekends and provide coverage as needed
• Support flexible scheduling and PRN coverage to meet facility needs

What You Need:

• Active and unrestricted CRNA certification and licensure in Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Prior anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
