Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia services during scheduled procedures and emergencies
• Be available for on-call anesthesia coverage, including nights and weekends
• Respond promptly to on-call notifications within the required timeframes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality anesthesia care
• Assist in patient assessment, preparation, and recovery processes
• Support facility's efforts to maintain safety and compliance standards
• Participate in occasional long weekends on call, with lodging provided

What You Need

• Active Virginia RN license and certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Prior anesthesia experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to respond quickly and manage anesthesia responsibilities independently
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Flexibility to handle on-call shifts and long weekends
