Project Accountant
$35 - $38 per hourCentury Group
Our client, based in Burbank, has an immediate need for a Project Accountant. Role is onsite. Only local applicants will be considered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $35 to $38 per hour.
Job Description:- Prepare journal entries and accruals
- Analysis of general ledger accounts
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Project billing and invoicing
- Monitor cash flow and collections
- Track subcontractor invoices, process ACH payments, check runs
- Assist with processing certified payroll (prevailing wages)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years accounting in construction industry
- Experienced with QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Must understand the accounting fundamentals with strong GAAP accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
