Home Care Intake Coordinator (Spanish) $24.00

Job Summary New York Community Care is looking for a full‑time experienced Spanish speaking Intake Coordinator for our Bronx office. The Intake Coordinator plays an integral role in the Intake Department. Job Responsibilities Receive referrals from referral sources; process referrals from marketing sources such as hospitals, nursing homes, and community physicians. Verify patient’s insurance to determine eligibility. Educate patients on services we provide. Determine what services were approved by insurance. Contact patients to educate them on the services we can provide and assist them with their Home Care needs for skilled and non‑skilled services. Requirements Must have knowledge of HHA Exchange. 1 year of Intake Experience (Preferred). Spanish speaking (Required). Compensation & Benefits Job Type: Full‑time Salary: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour Health insurance Paid time off Schedule Monday to Friday Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr New York Community Care
