Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients presenting with functional limitations and disabilities, utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans that integrate patient feedback and clinical findings.
• Deliver high-quality therapy services by implementing treatment plans, regularly assessing progress, and making necessary adjustments.
• Provide consultation to other healthcare providers on patient care strategies and ensure continuity throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, rules, and professional standards, while submitting charges for services provided.
• Engage in interdepartmental collaboration to enhance rehabilitation strategies and facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, lead quality improvement efforts, and contribute to marketing strategies for program development.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff, fostering an environment of professional excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Atrium Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
