IT Support Specialist
$35 - $40 per hourHire Options
Law firm is seeking a contract IT Support Specialist to join their Los Angeles office. This is a long term contract position.
Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for computer system users in the office
- Support/troubleshoot software, hardware, network devices, printers, and smartphone issues
- Handle tickets escalated from the Help Desk in a timely manner
- Provide follow-up to users after initial visit
- Update ticket logs daily
- Set up AV and other presentation needs in conference rooms
- Assist with system user training
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3+ years of IT support experience within legal or professional services required
- Technical expertise in MS Office Suite/Smartphone devices a must
