Finance Specialist

- Experience with financial data entry, reconciliations, and reporting
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and invoice tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Prepare regular financial reports for internal leadership and advisory teams
- Support budget tracking, expense management, and revenue analysis
- Help maintain accuracy of financial documentation and client billing records
- Coordinate with the Director of Finance or external accountants as needed
- Identify process improvements and support implementation of scalable financial systems
- Track and report on key financial KPIs that guide business decisions
- Assist with quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including tax prep support
