Assistant Property ManagerAs a CBRE Assistant Property Manager, you will support the higher staff in leading all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial or retail properties including marketing, operations, and financial activities.This job is within the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.+ Previous commercial real estate property management experience strongly preferred.+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
