Shift Lead/Gerente de Turno

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Shift Leaders at Alpaca Chicken. In this role, you will assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in running successful shifts while ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. As a leader on the team, you will oversee daily operations, assign roles, complete essential paperwork, and maintain communication with management to address store needs. By fostering a positive and efficient work environment, you will help ensure the success of our team and the satisfaction of our guests. Quality: We maintain a high degree of excellence in all that we do. Shift Lead Duties The Shift Lead role varies day to day. You may be responsible for any of the following duties on any certain day. Duties Assigning positions (utilizing the position chart) Hourly walks throughout the restaurant that includes touching tables and interacting with customers. Completing daily paperwork. Ensure that all material needed is available and in stock at all times. Making sure that the best experience possible is provided to our customers. Communicating to the General Manager of any problems or needs for the store. Opening, closing and side duties.
