About the Experience

The Exchange is partnering with Sippin' Santa, a nationally celebrated tiki-inspired holiday pop-up bar created by the team behind Miracle, to bring a tropical twist on holiday cheer to our guests. With over-the-top décor, island-style cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere, we're turning The Exchange into a festive paradise — and we're looking for spirited bartenders to join our seasonal crew!

Your Impact

As a Seasonal Bartender, you'll bring the Sippin' Santa magic to life by crafting creative tiki cocktails, engaging with guests, and maintaining the high service standards that make The Exchange a destination for craft cocktails and community.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare and serve Sippin' Santa's signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and presentation standards.
Provide a warm, engaging, and memorable guest experience that reflects both the Sippin' Santa and Exchange brands.
Set up and break down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels.
Collaborate with fellow team members and management to maintain a positive, efficient, and fun working environment.
Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines, maintaining professionalism and responsibility.
Participate enthusiastically in pop-up events, themed nights, and holiday programming.

Your Skills & Experience

Previous bartending or mixology experience in a fast-paced or craft cocktail environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for the holiday tiki theme.

Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid Indiana Alcohol Server Permit required
