Position Overview:Seeking an experienced Wealth Management Recruiter for a contract assignment supporting one of our clients, a leading wealth management organization.The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners to identify, attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality professionals across the client's wealth management business.This role requires strong recruiting experience within wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or a closely related financial services environment, along with the ability to effectively engage experienced passive candidates.The ideal consultant combines strong recruiting execution with genuine knowledge of the wealth management talent market.Understand that recruiting experienced wealth professionals requires more than matching keywords—can evaluate a candidate's background, relationships, credentials, experience, and career motivations while building credibility throughout the recruiting process.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for wealth management positions from initial intake through offer acceptance.Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, business needs, team structures, and ideal candidate profiles.Recruit for positions such as:Financial AdvisorsWealth AdvisorsPrivate BankersRelationship ManagersFinancial PlannersInvestment AdvisorsPortfolio and Investment ProfessionalsClient Service AssociatesWealth Management Operations ProfessionalsDevelop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and highly specialized positions.Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, market research, and direct outreach.Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate professional experience, credentials, production history, client relationships, assets under management, career objectives, and overall fit.Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear and concise candidate assessments.Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.Assist with offer development, candidate closing, and acceptance.Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within the client's applicant tracking system.Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, competitive organizations, compensation trends, and recruiting challenges.Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain confidentiality regarding candidate, employee, compensation, and business information.Qualifications:3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within wealth management, private banking, investment management, financial advisory, or financial services.Experience recruiting wealth management or advisor-related professionals, strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of wealth management job functions, terminology, and organizational structures.Familiarity with Client licenses and professional credentials such as Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, CFP, and CFA, preferred.Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates.Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.Ability to partner effectively with senior hiring managers and business leaders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.If hired, you will enjoy the following ECLARO Benefits:401k Retirement Savings Plan administered by Merrill LynchCommuter Check Pretax Commuter BenefitsEligibility to purchase Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance through ECLAROIf interested, you may contact: Maria Navarro View email address on us.fitly.work View phone number on us.fitly.work Maria Navarro | LinkedIn Equal Opportunity Employer: ECLARO values diversity and does not discriminate based on Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status, in compliance with all applicable laws.
