Job Title: Licensed Therapist - Full-Time
Location: WestWind Wellness Clinic – Osburn Idaho

Located in Idaho, our clinic serves diverse populations, including co-located services for youth within the school system and telehealth services statewide.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to our mission of positive change in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and embed client goals into progress notes.
• Conduct mental health assessments, including bio/psycho/social/spiritual evaluations.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies (within 48 hours of the encounter).
• Participate in case consultation and clinical supervision as required.
• Collaborate with other providers, schools, and community organizations to support client wellness.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Idaho as an LCSW/LMSW, LMFT, LCPC/LPC, or equivalent (supervision available for newly licensed clinicians).
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Experience providing therapy services, with preference for experience in integrated care, youth services, or rural populations.
• Familiarity with Medicaid documentation standards and electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in therapeutic practice.

Led by licensed clinicians with deep roots in the Inland Northwest, we serve individuals and families across the lifespan through evidence-based outpatient mental health care. We are paneled with major commercial and public insurers in both Idaho and Washington and utilize modern technology — including Valant EHR and Twofold AI documentation support — to keep administrative burden low and clinical focus high. Our small, collaborative team of approximately 11 clinicians operates in a culture where provider voices shape how the practice grows.
