We are not your traditional Automotive retailer. We have customers come in from all 50 states to take delivery of their new or gently used vehicle. We believe in a positive work environment that includes a restaurant and a full-service gym!
Don't have Automotive sales experience.... That's ok. We will train you! We provide 4 weeks of PAID classroom and on the job training with our full-time trainer!
Best of all, No Cold Calling ! We provide Thousands of leads a month for our sales team!
Annual Pay Range:
$85,000 - $250,000 annually based on performance
Job DescriptionDave Smith Motors is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants for our store. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in creating a fantastic guest experience at our store. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting guests through the entire car sales process online.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with selection of vehicles, presentation of protection products and overall guest experience.
- Provide clear, transparent options for our guests to make well-informed decisions
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure that every one of our guests, those that are purchasing an automobile and those that are not yet, have an unparalleled experience.

- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
- Computer skills are a must
- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
- Sundays off
