The Window and Door Replacement Service Technicianwill report directly to the Service Manager. Service Technician -General Responsibilities: Field Service repair of customer window and door issues. Identify product and repair parts needed to correct customer concerns Adjust doors and windows for proper operation Paint and stain touch ups as required Casing and trim installation Provide a level of Customer Service Service Technician Experience Required: Preferably a minimumof two years’ experience in a window/door installation or service environment ORGeneral experience in the following industries translate well to this role: Handyman industry Small engine repair Appliance repair Repair Service TechnicianQualifications: Eye for detail asaccuracy is imperative Abilityto meet deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative Excellent service skills to satisfy customer concerns Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and problem solve Service TechnicianTime Requirement: 40 hours per week with potential for overtime Window and Door Replacement Service Technician must be available to work Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays (Opportunities for overtime) We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Next-Door-
