Description A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Manager is a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Key Responsibilities The Operations Manager ensures operational routines are executed consistently to support product availability and store readiness.
