High Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring CA licensure, 2 years of MICU experience with mixed neuro/CCU exposure, and Epic proficiency. Details Work in the ICU on a night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Weekend and holiday coverage included Patient ratios up to 1:4 May float up to 50% to DOU/PCU, Telemetry, or ER Hold units Uses Epic charting system Requirements Active CA RN license (permanent, current Nursys verification required) Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Minimum 2 years of MICU experience with mixed patient population including neuro and solid CCU experience ICU training required beyond hands-on orientation, including experience with sepsis management Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required Recent hands-on Epic charting experience required Teaching hospital, community hospital, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred Two professional references required at supervisor level or above (Charge Nurse references not accepted) Valid driver's license with proof of current, permanent address required for consideration Proof of vaccinations required for consideration Additional Information Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity ICU setting with exposure to trauma, neuro, and cardiovascular cases RTO must be submitted at time of application with a maximum of 7 days; no RTO accepted after submission Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are accepted at the local rate These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
