About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Customer Success to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction, as well as improving internal team efficiency and collaborating with clients to optimize AI-driven marketing strategies for lead generation. The role also involves leading a team of Customer Success Managers and an Implementation team, and requires a strong background in legal tech, HVAC, or similar SMB professional services, with a focus on AI-driven marketing and its impact on PPC, SEO, and site performance. Applicants for the VP of Customer Success position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of customer success experience, with a recent background in scaling startups or hyper-growth companies. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the ideal candidate will have a background in legal tech, HVAC, or similar SMB professional services. The role demands a high level of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills for external client interactions, and the ability to adapt to rapid changes in the startup environment. The VP will be expected to lead a team and focus on churn reduction and customer retention, making a strong understanding of current SaaS metrics essential.
