Production Supervisor Our client located in Southeast Cuyahoga County, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced working supervisor who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and ensuring production goals are met. Position Overview The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, lead a team of employees, and ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently achieved. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside the team while providing direction, coaching, and support. Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day activities of production employees to ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment. Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and overall workflow. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Assist with troubleshooting production issues and maintaining efficient workflow. Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department. Qualifications Previous supervisory or team lead experience required. 35 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work directly with production employees. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
