About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director for Defense (OEM) to join their team. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the global strategy for engagement with Prime System Integrator clients in the defense sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, and delivery performance across the global practice. The role demands a strategic leader with a hands-on approach to drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure consistent performance. While the primary focus is on the U.S. market, the position also involves interaction with other regions, including the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. A deep sector expertise in defense systems is highly valued, and the role requires a candidate with a proven track record in a similar position or the ambition to take the next step in their career. Key objectives for this role include delivering sustained revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and owning end-to-end client account management. The Vice President will be expected to build and lead high-performing account teams, mentor and develop staff, and foster a culture of collaboration and client focus. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a BA/BS +12 years' experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, and must be a U.S. citizen. Commercial knowledge of the Prime System Integrator industry, leadership experience across geographies, and a demonstrated success in leading accounts and complex pursuits are essential. The role also requires the ability to elevate market presence, engage with key clients and stakeholders, and partner with various teams to strengthen the company's positioning in the defense sector.
