Laborer - Lattice Boom Cranes

Job Description

We are one of the most well-respected crane and rigging companies in the nation, with more longevity and stability than nearly any other company in the industry. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly & Disassembly Laborers / Crew Members to support our Crane Department with the setup and breakdown of hydraulic and crawler cranes across a variety of job sites.This position is hands-on and requires regular travel. While some weeks may be local, overnight stays are required depending on project location. We are an industry leader in providing competitive pay based on experience, along with one of the best employee benefits packages in the industry.Job duties include (but are not limited to):Assisting with the assembly and disassembly of hydraulic and crawler cranes under supervisionUsing hand tools to install, remove, and adjust pins, fasteners, and other crane componentsWorking in various weather and jobsite conditionsTaking direction from the Assembly & Disassembly SupervisorTraveling to and from job sites with the crew in a company-provided vehicleAccurately tracking time and tasks using a company-issued tablet and ATOM softwareRequirements:Ability to lift, carry and move 50 to 70 lbs without assistance and frequently during working hoursComfortable climbing and working at heights between 10-15 feetComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsWillingness to perform physically demanding laborMust be available to frequently travel out of townAble to work safely and cooperatively in a team environmentDependable and detail-orientedMust currently have a Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the NC YardCurrently live within 45 min. drive (one-way) to the NC YardAdditional Details:This position requires frequent overnight travel, with hotel accommodations and per diem providedOvertimeGMT provides the training you need to be safe and efficient at your job. You can expect online/classroom training as well as hands-on training
