- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve residential HVAC emergencies.
- Perform routine HVAC system inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of time worked, tasks completed, and materials used.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed promptly and correctly.
- Keep customers informed about the work process and timeline.
- Learn the ins and outs of product features and benefits.
- Follow proper procedures for handling purchase orders and recycling materials.
- Maintain well-stocked equipment in your vehicle for maximum efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and service.
- Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to sell home services and drive sales.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
- Take pride in going the extra mile for our customers.
- Outstanding customer service skills, including active listening and relationship-building.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen .
- At least one year of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, or repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- $80,000 - $180,000 annually (Performance-based).
