Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to support our client’s manufacturing facility (Onsite) in Foothill Ranch, CA.

The Onsite Supervisor acts as the candidate’s/associate’s employment “agent” (i.e., liaison) and point of contact through the recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. This position must ensure satisfaction by maintaining a solid working relationship with our candidates/associates – showing appreciation for their performance and contributions, sharing their importance to our organization, and reinforcing the benefits of working for Adecco. This position is also accountable for meeting performance KPI and SLA metrics to ensure excellent client delivery. Our goal is to provide applicants with employment, and clients with skilled associates that are well-matched to their unique hiring needs.

This is a temp position that could turn to a permanent placement for the right candidate.

3rd Shift 9:00PM – 6:00AM

Pay Rate $28.00 - $30.00

Responsibilities for this Onsite Supervisor role include:

• Monitoring attendance and issuing correctives when required

• Helping associates with daily issues

• Working with client Supervisors daily to help with any concerns

• Conducting safety walks/audits

• Issuing correctives for performance issues

• Working with Onsite Management to resolve issues during shift

• Documenting profiles in computer system

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• Recruiting experience, a plus

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required

• Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner

• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks

• Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
