We are seeking a highly-motivated person who will work closely with Stantec’s leadership on the outreach and delivery of the I-526 Lowcountry Corridor projects.The position's qualifications include the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, a successful candidate must possess strong presentation skills to lead public involvement and outreach programs, as well as strong project and program management expertise. An understanding of corridor-level planning and project development under both state and federal environmental laws and programs is also required.Your Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the operations of the Project OfficeImplement the communication plan for I-526 Lowcountry Corridor ProjectsBuild relationships with stakeholders, community members, and project resourcesCoordinate with various consultants and contractors responsible for delivering services for I-526 Lowcountry Corridor ProjectsAssist in the design of public-facing materialsProvide summaries of events hosted at the Project OfficeOrganize comments received during office operations and track responsesEnsure processes and client preferences are followedYour Capabilities and CredentialsManaging various aspects of public involvement program for I-526 Lowcountry Corridor Project.Experience in successful public engagement programsExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to lead a public involvement team on multiple assignmentsStrong client interaction and professional relationship-building skillsTeam player and positive, cooperative attitudeEducation and ExperienceA Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.Position will primarily work in an office setting. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
