Essential Duties The HR Manager will report directly to the HR Director for IH&S Fluidics and partner with leadership teams across IH&S Fluidics sites. Responsibilities include: Execute the human resources and talent strategy for current and future needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. Manage talent acquisition for the site, including sourcing and hiring qualified candidates. Drive learning and development programs. Handle employee relations and resolve issues in partnership with site leadership. Own the employee lifecycle for onsite employees from onboarding to offboarding, including new hire orientation, benefit enrollment, and ongoing engagement activities. Assist with annual engagement survey processes and actions. Maintain accuracy in HR data within the HRIS system. Participate in the site safety committee program. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience. At least 7+ years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and business information. Creative problem‑solving and ingenuity. Strong attention to detail and follow‑through. Excellent organizational skills. Agility in switching priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS – Workday preferred. Additional Requirement Certain positions with IDEX require access to goods and technologies subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations. Applicants may need to be a U.S. Person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or refugee/asylee). Total Rewards Compensation range: $88,200.00 – $132,200.00, depending on experience.
