Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to elementary and secondary students
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy interventions based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote student progress and success
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, sessions, and progress reports in accordance with school requirements
• Support a positive, inclusive environment while fostering student independence and participation

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Experience in school-based or healthcare OT settings; education setting experience preferred but not required
• NM RLD license and NMPED license, or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Ability to effectively address the needs of a diverse student caseload
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
