Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure as an SLP in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Recent experience in a school setting highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to tailor interventions to diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor student progress
• Serve as an active member of multidisciplinary teams; contribute to IEP meetings
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and student outcomes
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students receiving speech services
