Job Description

Salary: Piece-rate pay (earn based on production) or hourly

CREW POSITIONS

Crew Leadman (Residential Land Division)

Masons / Bricklayers (Block & Brick)
Laborers (Mud men, stocking, staging, general support)

Job Duties:

Build block and brick structures on residential & commercial job sites
Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
Read layouts and follow project specifications
Install masonry theme walls, view fence, monuments, trash enclosures, retaining walls, sitewalls & masonry buildings
Support crew production through teamwork and coordination

Requirements:

Proven masonry experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based environment
Reliable transportation required

Capataz / Lder de Cuadrilla (Desarrollo Residencial)
Albailes (Block y Ladrillo)
Obreros (Mezcla, carga, almacenamiento y apoyo general)

FUNCIONES:

Construccin de estructuras de block y ladrillo en proyectos residenciales y commercial
Trabajo eficiente manteniendo calidad y seguridad
Leer planos, trazos y especificaciones del proyecto
Instalacin de muros decorativos de mampostera, cercas de visibilidad, monumentos, recintos para basura, muros de contencin, muros perimetrales y edificaciones de mampostera
Apoyar la produccin mediante trabajo en equipo y coordinacin

REQUISITOS:

Experiencia comprobable en albailera
Capacidad de trabajar en un ambiente de alta produccin
Transporte confiable obligatorio
