Customer Service Representative

Labcorp seeks a Customer Service Representative in Portland, Oregon to manage patient and healthcare provider inquiries, resolve service requests, and maintain accurate medical records. The role involves inbound and outbound communication, test result notification, and HIPAA-compliant administrative support within a fast-paced laboratory services environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and internet inquiries regarding products and services
- Notify clients of test results accurately and in timely manner
- Review test forms for accuracy and report discrepancies
- Research complex issues across multiple databases
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in medical record management and CRM data
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ months customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with multitasking ability
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
