Position OverviewExpress Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated candidates for Welder/Fabricator openings in Hinckley, MN . This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on fabrication work, producing high‑quality welds, and contributing to custom-built mechanical assemblies.
Pay & ScheduleHourly Pay: $22–$24/hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pm Overtime: Fridays as needed Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Hinckley, MN

Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and stainless components according to project specifications
Fabricate parts and assemblies using blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions
Operate fabrication equipment , including saws, grinders, drill presses, and basic machining tools
Fit, align, and tack components to prepare for final welding and assembly
Inspect finished welds and assemblies to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and quality standards
Previous experience in welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fabrication tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
