We're hiring a Pharmacy Refill Technician to support the pharmacy team by ensuring accurate, timely filling and delivery of specialty medications. This role includes assisting patients through the refill process, handling both outbound and inbound calls, and helping maintain efficient pharmacy operations.What You'll Do:Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff.Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly.Answer and triage incoming pharmacy calls.Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians.Coordinate medication refills and complete accurate data entry.Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims.What You'll Get:Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting day one401(k) with match, 4 weeks PTO, 10 paid holidaysPaid parental leave, short-term disability, and professional developmentAccess to employee resource groups and wellness programsWhat You Need:State-registered (Texas) Pharmacy Technician; CPhT or ExCPT required2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician; High School Diploma or GEDStrong communication, organization, and tech skillsEmpathy, integrity, and a team-first mindsetSolid computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for communication, documentation, and data management, as well as, navigating the internet and web-based platforms.
