Your Mission Diagnose & Solve: Perform tune‑ups, maintenance, and repairs on furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork during service calls. Be the Trusted Advisor: Engage homeowners with a friendly, professional demeanor. Build rapport and trust instantly through honest technical assessment. Drive Growth: Identify upgrade opportunities while completing service work and clearly communicate the value of new systems. Deliver Five Stars: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile, a fully functional system, and a clear understanding of their comfort options. What You’ll Be Doing Your typical day includes running 2–3 quality service calls per day where you’ll: Diagnose heating, cooling, and air quality issues in the field. Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on existing equipment. Design comfort solutions that fit the home and budget. Recommend additional upgrades when appropriate based on your diagnostic findings. Present proposals and close sales opportunities on‑site. Size equipment accurately to match home requirements and load calculations. What Success Looks Like If these numbers excite you, you’ll do very well here: Close 50%+ of your sales opportunities. Generate $1.2M+ in annual sales. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings across both service and sales interactions. Proven experience selling HVAC systems and closing deals. Proven experience sizing equipment and performing load calculations. EPA Universal Certification (required). Valid Washington Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Skills & Qualities Sales mindset – you love helping customers and driving revenue growth. Strong ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems. Active listener who can explain complex technical issues simply. Well organized with the ability to work independently. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to learn. Strong interpersonal and phone skills. Perfect Candidate Profile Has HVAC Comfort Advisor or in‑home sales experience. Has genuine HVAC service/technician background. Loves consultative selling. Wants uncapped earning potential. Thrives in a performance‑driven environment.
