Opportunity:

RN - Hospice

Job Details:

• 13-week contract beginning as soon as possible
• 8-hour day shifts
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• One weekend per month required
• Holiday rotation every other holiday as needed
• No on-call requirements
• Primary location at Wausau Comfort Care Hospice
• Average of 4-5 patients per day with approximately 4.5 visits per day
• Travel required ranging from 20-100 miles per day depending on territory, patient census, and staff availability
• Mileage reimbursed at government approved rate
• Minimum 2 years of hospice experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, active Wisconsin or Compact nursing license, valid driver's license
• Bachelor's degree required
• Scrubs or business casual attire permitted
• Must demonstrate strong time management, dependability, compassion, and a positive attitude
