Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio seeks a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Store Team Lead/Shift Manager to help drive success in our Middleburg Heights retail store.

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals.
• Jump in where needed- running the cash register, organizing merchandise, or monitoring store performance metrics.

To succeed as a Store Team Lead, you'll need:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role
• A high school diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
