HR AnalystCommerce, California, United StatesAbout the JobThe HR Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the company’s human resources operations by managing payroll, performance management, and employee safety programs. This position ensures timely and accurate processing of HR functions, providing employees with the resources they need and contributing to the overall success and culture of the organization.Essential Job FunctionsThe HR Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Process bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly payroll for over 200 employees, ensuring accuracy and resolving payroll inquiries promptly.Maintain and update employee HR index files, ADP, and G-HR (HRIS) system data.Oversee employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401K), providing clear communications and supporting annual health insurance renewals and open enrollment.Administer Workers’ Compensation claims, ensuring timely processing and compliance.Prepare detailed HR reports on labor costs, employee benefits, and payroll analysis, using data to assist in management decision-making.Collaborate with the HR team on various employee engagement and wellness initiatives, fostering a positive work environment.Perform other general administrative tasks as needed to support HR functions and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.Qualifications· BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources required.· Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.· Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required.· High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data.· Passion for HR and employee development.· Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.Employee BenefitHealth Insurance options: PPO Medical, Dental, Vision covered (Company 100% paid) *insurance starts on the very 1st date.Life Insurance (Company 100% paid)Flexible Time (starting time can vary everyday)Short Term and Long-Term Disability Leave (short term 100% covered)Lifestyle Allowance (up to net $70 per Month)Cellphone reimbursement eligibleEmployee Discounts (40% off company products & services)401(k) 5% Match (no vesting period!) from Day 1Paid Time Off (generous and increases by tier!): Max ceiling of 180 hours PTO (15 days) the 1st year and increases by tier.Wellness Day: 40 Hours (Use it or Lose it System)Paid Maternity Leave (paid 100% for 12 weeks)Paid Secondary Caregiver Leave (up to 2 weeks)Paid Creative LeavePaid Holidays (11 days)Educational BenefitEmployee Club Activities& Much More!EducationBachelor's (Required)ExperienceADP: 2 years (Required)Payroll: 3 years (Required)Ability to CommuteCommerce, CA 90040 (Required)
