Key Responsibilities
- Locate, use, and comprehend manufacturer installation and operation manuals.
- Perform inspections to identify necessary corrective actions.
- Conduct PMI and assemble, test, and troubleshoot valves and other equipment.
- Install instrumentation and accessories as necessary.
- Operate diagnostic equipment and perform calibration of measurement equipment.
- Measure and record critical dimensions per manufacturer specifications.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced and noisy with long-standing hours.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently up to 50 lbs.
- Workshop setting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions.
- Proficiency in reading calipers and gauges.
- Hydro testing valve experience.
Preferences
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Control valve assembly experience.
- Calibrating and testing experience of valves.
- Good communication skills and reliability.
Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7am to 3pm, Monday Friday.
- Opportunities for overtime and weekends.
