Branch Manager IIThe Branch Manager II is responsible for all functions of the assigned branch with particular emphasis on managing a client-driven, sales and service environment. This position will plan, direct, and control the activities of branch personnel towards attainment of branch sales goals and objectives, client service standards, and is responsible for the operational and security activities of assigned branch. The Branch Manager II is a catalyst in managing and promoting desired change in the assigned branch. The Branch Manager II manages the operational integrity of his/her assigned branch and assures that quality customer service standards are consistently achieved. Through a leadership role, the Branch Manager II gives support, guidance, and training to branch personnel to encourage the achievement of overall sales, service, productivity, performance, operational, and security goals. The Branch Manager II is also accountable for personnel development, business development and income, expense, and budget management.
