Key Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality policies to maintain workplace standards.
• Process freight invoices through a 3rd-party system, code invoices, and upload into ERP.
• Support production planning with job functions based on workload.
• Participate in inventory counts including physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Unload and receive shipments into the facility.
• Run daily shipping orders and set daily tasks.
• Close out orders in SAP.
• Prepare export documents including hazardous material and international shipping paperwork.
• Communicate with vendors and customer service to resolve claims.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
• Contribute to division performance by meeting customer needs and expectations.
