Inventory Control Manager

Requirements: Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Logistics or related, 3–7 yrs inventory/warehouse experience, ERP knowledge, & strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
 Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
 Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
 Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and annual physical inventories.
 Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
 Analyze inventory reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
 Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory
flow.

 Ensure timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions in ERP or inventory management
systems.
 Forecast inventory requirements based on sales, production, and demand planning.
 Monitor inventory performance metrics, including inventory turnover and stock accuracy.
 Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
 Prepare reports and present inventory performance to senior management.
