Das erwartet Sie: Festanstellung in einem professionellen Arbeitsumfeld Attraktive Vergütung entsprechend Erfahrung und Qualifikation Flexible Arbeitszeiten im Rahmen der betrieblichen Möglichkeiten Moderne Arbeitsmittel und digitale Ausstattung Strukturierte Einarbeitung in die Aufgabenbereiche Fachlicher Austausch mit internen Schnittstellen Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten durch Schulungen und Trainings Kurze Kommunikationswege und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten 28 Urlaubstage pro Jahr Das sind Ihre Aufgaben: Technische Betreuung eines zugeordneten Gewerbeimmobilienbestands Überwachung und Optimierung des laufenden Gebäudebetriebs, inklusive technischer und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Betriebskosten- und Nebenkostenanalyse Koordination von Instandhaltungs-, Modernisierungs- und Baumaßnahmen Steuerung und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister, Fachplaner und ausführender Unternehmen Begleitung von Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und Abnahmen technischer Leistungen Umsetzung vorgegebener Nutzungs-, Bewirtschaftungs- und Instandhaltungskonzepte Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter gesetzlicher Vorgaben, technischer Regelwerke und Sicherheitsstandards Das bringen Sie mit: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, immobilienwirtschaftliche Qualifikation oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, technischen Property Management oder in der technischen Betreuung von Gewerbeimmobilien Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, technischer Betrieb und Instandhaltung Kenntnisse in relevanten Regelwerken wie VOB, HOAI, DIN-Normen oder vergleichbaren Vorschriften Idealerweise Erfahrung mit TGA, Versorgungstechnik und Brandschutzthemen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Wir leben Vielfalt und Chancengleichheit und freuen uns deshalb natürlich über Bewerbungen von Menschen mit Behinderung.
