Brazer – Production Environment (Copper & Metal)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (85043)

Pay: $25–$32/hr

Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Join a growing manufacturing team performing precision brazing on copper and metal assemblies . This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing clean, leak-proof joints in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

• Prepare, align, and assemble metal components
• Perform brazing on copper piping using torches, induction heaters, or furnaces
• Conduct pressure testing, evacuations, and leak checks
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
• Support mechanical assembly and meet production targets
• Follow all safety procedures and handle materials up to 75 lbs

• 2+ years of brazing experience (copper required)
• Ability to produce consistent, leak-free joints
• Experience with pressure testing and blueprint reading
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable in a production environment with physical demands

• Welding, soldering, or fabrication background
• Experience with torches, furnaces, or assembly lines

Production-floor setting using heat-based equipment. Requires PPE, physical stamina, and adherence to safety standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
