Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Pay: $43.00/hour
Job Type: Contract with potential for permanent hire
Schedule:
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- Monday-Friday
- Typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Some flexibility required to support interview schedules
- 37.5-hour work week
About the Opportunity
A respected global professional services organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of professional-level positions. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, managing recruiting processes from intake through offer, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule with three days onsite and two days remote each week.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional-level openings
- Conduct intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruiting channels
- Coordinate interviews and maintain ongoing candidate communications
- Manage candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future openings
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS documentation
- Provide regular recruiting updates to stakeholders and hiring teams
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Ensure recruiting processes align with company policies and best practices
Qualifications
- Previous Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and drive recruiting processes forward
- Strong attention to detail and process management

- Consulting or corporate recruiting environments
- Workday experience
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Experience supporting multi-location or geographically dispersed teams
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools
