Speech Language Pathologist in Floresville, TX

Qualifications & Preferred Experience: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas (or eligibility) Consideration for SLPs holding CCC as well as strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to organize and manage caseload effectively Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment Primary Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students, following IEP goals Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and parents/guardians Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student planning and program reviews Provide support and resources for classroom modifications and communication strategies Details: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Position runs from August to the end of the school year (EOSY) Contract position Thrive in an environment where your expertise makes a daily impact on students’ academic and personal growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Soliant Health
