Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students in the Floresville, TX area as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This school-based position is ideal for professionals passionate about making a direct impact through both supervision and targeted therapy. You will have the support of one SLPA to help manage a caseload of 101 students, allowing you to focus on evidence-based interventions and collaborative growth.

Offering a pay rate of $50 per hour, this role spans the academic year from August 27, 2026, to May 27, 2027. With a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, five days a week, you’ll have the chance to build meaningful relationships throughout the school community.

What You’ll Need:

• Active Texas SLP license (required)
• CCC-SLP certification or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Pediatric and school-based experience preferred
• Strong skills in supervision, assessment, and direct therapy
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Oversee and guide an SLPA assigned to your caseload
• Conduct robust assessments, develop IEPs, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with school and state standards
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical oversight for those seeking CF experience
