Strategic Municipal Budget Manager

NORMAN CITY CLERK is looking for a Budget Manager in Norman, Oklahoma. This role includes planning and overseeing the budget preparation process, analyzing departmental requests, and providing recommendations on city budgets. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration with at least five years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Master’s degree preferred.
