What You’ll Do As an Onsite Sales Representative, you will: Operate a box truck to service customers directly on job sites Develop and maintain relationships with residential contractors and framing crews Build and manage a sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales goals Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community outreach Manage customer accounts and coordinate deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction Identify customer needs and provide solution-based product recommendations Stay informed on products, pricing, market trends, and competitor activity Spend significant time in the field strengthening customer relationships and growing territory sales What You Bring You may be a great fit if you: Have 1+ years of sales or business development experience , preferably in construction or industrial supply Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Excel in both verbal and written communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must Are mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies Have an established network in the industry or a strong ability to build one Are self-motivated , solution-oriented, and detail-driven Can lift 50 lbs regularly , and up to 100 lbs occasionally Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Why You’ll Love Working With Us Base salary + uncapped commission to start Family-oriented, collaborative team culture 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Career advancement opportunities with a growing national brand #J-18808-Ljbffr SouthernCarlson
