Production Operators – Immediate Starts Available Location: Quorum Park, Benton Dayshift only 7am - 5pm Monday - Thursday Pay Rate: £13.82 per hour This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role within a forward-thinking electronics company that values its people and offers real opportunities for development. The Role: As a Production Operator, you'll support day-to-day manufacturing operations across various departments. With full training provided and movement between areas encouraged, this is a great chance to build a long-term career in a modern, supportive environment. Areas of operation include Metalwork, Electronic Assembly & SMT, and Stores & Inventory. What We’re Looking For: A team player who also works well independently Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination Good manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive mindset Experienced within an electronics background is desired.
